Tools are a necessity to accomplish the task at hand. Tools must be used correctly, tracked, and maintained. Employees are responsible for the company tools in their possession, in the event of a lost, stolen, misuse, abuse or neglect of a tool the cost will be deducted from the employee’s check.
It is mandatory employees acquire these tools listed below by 30 day review period.

Physical Requirements:
- Lifting 35-45 lbs continually and 75-100 lbs less frequently (with assistance).
- Good physical condition – fit to climb (both step and extension) ladders consistently.
- Strong range of motion – able to regularly move limbs, clench tools and work in tight spaces.
Other Requirement:
- Trained and able to use power tools (drill, sawsall, skillsaw, etc.).
- Reliable transportation to and from job site.
- Uphold attendance expectations.
- Pass a background check.
